We took Charlie to his first Royals game for a "t-shirt tuesday." He got a certificate for his first official Royals game.

I wore him in my BabyHawk carrier so I was able to feed him. But he was kind of fussy so We ended up walking around to see the new stadium upgrades and then leaving. But not until we had some obligatory nachos!

Ethan's Birthday Party

Charlie went to his first birthday party and of course slept right through the first part.

Easter number 2

We celebrated Easter with my side of the family a week late. Charlie went on his first Easter Egg Hunt with the older kids.

Charlie - 2 month

Today Charlie had his two month appointment.

The Pediatrician said that babies spend 75% of their awake time in a daydream state of mind. He also said that at this age he can focus about 4-6 feet away.

He weighed 8 lbs, 12 oz at birth but was down to 7lbs 9 oz at 4 days old. Today he weighed 12 lbs 3 oz (70 percentile on growth chart) and is 24 1/4 inches long (90%.)

he has been talking up a storm and smiling away at anyone who smiles at him. He really likes to lay flat on the floor, his crib, or the changing table and just look around at toys. He also recently discovered his hands and sucks on them quite frequently.

Bass Pro Shops had pics with the Easter bunny that were free. So we went today and it wasn't even crowded. Charlie slept right through the whole thing, which I suppose is better than crying!
